Comeau is being called up to the Island and will play against the Canadiens. Nolan called him the best player on the ice against the Senators the other night.
Blake has 7 goals and 14 assists in 23 games.
Nolan said Comeau will start tonight's game against the Canadiens on the fourth line. "Everything after that," said the coach, "will depend on how Blake performs."
I understand that my beloved Islanders use the Sound Tigers to replenish their ranks, but I just hope that the Tigers can keep losing top players and still remain contenders.
